Each brand serves a different layer of the healing journey
Most wellness companies offer one thing and call it everything. Y Grace is different by design. The four brands share an origin story, a design system, and a commitment to trauma-informed care, but each one operates in its own lane and serves a distinct need.

Healing Pathways Foundation
Healing Pathways Foundation provides clinical counseling, case management, and resource coordination across North Carolina and Alabama. The organization operates on the G.R.A.C.E. framework, which stands for Growth, Resilience, Access and Advocacy, Compassion and Empathy, and Empowerment. The Pathways Clinic delivers integrated behavioral health care to individuals and families regardless of their ability to pay.

Healing Harvest Co.
Healing Harvest Co. delivers land-based healing through therapeutic agriculture, homestead products, and farm retreats at a one-acre teaching homestead in Enterprise, Alabama. The Melodic Medicine candle line, seasonal produce, and the long-term vision of a 36-acre Healing Harvest Farm anchor the organization's four foundational pillars.
